Robert Mueller Is Not Batman

A large part of the country was counting on Batman to ice The Joker.

But nothing like that happened. This is real life.

I wonder, will Democrats ever stop parsing policy long enough to realize that they’re not working in a court of law? Here, let me state the ultra obvious: Politics exists fully in the court of public opinion. Especially now that the law has been captured, stressed tested, and minimized to an extreme.

In the court of public opinion, framing matters. Staging, theater, and performance also matter a great deal. Mr. Mueller was a total dud from this perspective. And several someones should have known better.
